Leadership training

Everyone knows what the absence of leadership looks like. It is a leadership that creates result that nobody wants. In the presence of leadership you will find present and ALIVE leaders. ALIVE leadership  is an unique concept for leadership training, where you as the  participant receive  100% honest feedback on your leadership and your way of communication directly from horses. The goal of this experintial leadership training, is to give the participants an opportunity to practice leadership skills, make corrections and improvements in a real situation and in a neutral and safe environment.

The outcome of  ALIVE leadership training are new personal leadership skills,  improved ability to communicate, decision making skills, team work competencies, as well as an increased awareness of self and others. Horses teach competencies that are useful in all situations at work and in your private life and give you reflections and learning that you will carry with you several years after the training. Facing a real life complex situation after the training with horses, brings back the question to our clients.  "If this situation occurred in a herd of horses instead of  a group of humans, what would the next step be to allow them to follow me out of free will?"

Authentic communication

The goal of 3falls Coaching´s training methodology, is to create new sustainable results for you and/or your organisation meeting the requirements in a constantly changing world. The starting point of the training concept is your personal and your organisation´s values. We introduce new ways of observing, thinking and feeling through exercises with horses, that answers the question: "Where do I have my focus and how do I manage my energy, when things don´t work out the way I am thinking?"

Team development

In ancient times a team was closer to nature.Nature took care of production and we planted, harvested, sorted, packaged and distributed. Today production is based on collaboration in  world wide or regional teams of value creating services and manufacturing processes.What often gets lost in the working teams of today is,the ability to see how the separated efforts contribute to the whole. Asking the question "What is my role in the team, and what is the purpose of our work together?"

The purpose of a team training with horses is to create an effektive team, by increasing the individual team members awareness of themselves, others and the context the team operates in. The participants gets a chance to practice taking actions in the moment, in a communicative dance that will take the team towards the team goal and purpose. The team will learn how to understand the importance of building trust and respect, to view conflicts as an asset and use them in a constructive way. They will also learn how to communicate authentically and create constructive communication in an energy of tender curiosity, to maintain  high standard and keep focus on the result.
